Folk Art Inspired Branding for a Woman-Owned Roastery

Branding and packaging for Juntos Podemos Coffee Roastery

Alma Andrade came to us with a delightful brief: She wanted a logo and brand inspired by Alebrijes the brightly colored Mexican folk art sculptures of fantastical mythical creatures. In particular, a colibrí (hummingbird) looking closely at a tiger/lion cub, resting on tiger/lion cubs nose.

When we send a questionnaire we always ask “What would you say is the single most important message to convey when promoting your brand?

Alma’s answer was equally inspiring,

“I want to convey that if we work together, unite we can create a better world to live in, and for future generations to enjoy.”

We couldn’t agree more and we all loved the way this brand came to life.
